Patron payments go directly into your organization's Stripe account. We are never in the path of your revenue, we don't see your patron's credit card data, and we don't collect “convenience” fees.
Events can be in-theater, livestreamed, or stream-anytime. In-theater events can use either general or reserved seating. If you can make a spreadsheet, you can make a seating chart.
You pay nothing until you start selling tickets, after which it's month-to-month. If you decide to leave, we'll send you all of your patron and purchase data immediately. Audience1st is 100% open source and all of its data formats are documented.
